domestic: we ship within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) at a flat rate of $12 via USPS priority or UPS ground.

canada: we ship within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) at a flat rate of $28 via USPS priority or UPS ground.

international: we ship within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) at a flat rate of $48 via USPS priority or UPS ground.

mint is not responsible for shipping loss, damage, delays nor international duties and taxes.

online store return policy

if you are unsatisfied with your item, please email us for approval of return or exchange. upon approval, we must receive the item within 10 days of receipt or a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

sale items, apothecary, books, jewelry, hosiery, lingerie, socks, special orders, and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

returns must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. they are to be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, and insured to the full value. receipt is required with your name and email. we reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the items do not meet our return policies.

mint does not refund shipping charges nor is responsible for return/exchange costs, international duties and taxes, shipping delay or loss, nor damage of returned goods.

how to process a return

email mint@mintdesignplay.com for a return authorization number (RA#) and include the reason for return. please include the RA# on your package and on your receipt (with name and email). ship with a tracking number to:

if you are unsatisfied with your item purchased at our mill valley store, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days. apologies, no refunds. returns must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. receipt is required. no receipt no store credit or exchange!
